Guests can dine a la carte in our restaurant on the first floor every day from 12.00-21.00. Last orders are taken 60 minutes before closing time.

For the guests’ peace of mind, no loud noise, music, noisy activities, sound effects, television, radio, etc., which disturb the room, is allowed in the Hotel after 22:00, except for events or programmes organised or authorised by the Hotel. Any conduct or behaviour which disturbs the peace, safety, security, sense of security or privacy of others, which constitutes or may constitute harassment or intimidation of others is prohibited on the premises of the Hotel, regardless of the time. The Hotel staff is entitled to warn the Guest who is disorderly and/or loud. The first warning is free of charge, the second and third warnings will be charged by the Hotel at HUF 5.000 each to the room bill of the warned Guest. After the third warning, the Hotel shall be entitled to terminate the Hotel Contract unilaterally and with immediate effect and to expel the Guest from the Hotel without any obligation to pay back and/or compensation. The Hotel shall not be liable for any damage caused by the Guest’s conduct to other Guests.

The hotel bar is located on the first floor and is open every day from 7:00 am until 21:00 pm.

• Bathrobes (for guests over 14 years) and towels are provided in the room. Please leave bathrobe and towels in the room on departure. Wellness towels: you will find them in your room on arrival and you can take them with you to the wellness area.
• Sauna towels can be collected at the reception desk against a sauna towel card and card case, which you will receive on arrival.On the day of departure, please hand in the sauna towel card, together with your card and room card, to the reception staff. In case of loss, we will charge 1000 HUF per item.
• The sauna sheet card hanger can be purchased at our reception.
• Bathrobes can be exchanged for 2000 HUF/person.

On the first floor of our hotel there are 2 air-conditioned (individually adjustable) rooms for 100 and 130 people, and common areas for conferences. Bicycles can be picked up at the hotel reception free of charge, after prior arrangement at the reception.

A rich buffet breakfast buffet is served in our restaurant between 7 and 10 am.

For guests travelling early, we provide a cold pack instead of breakfast, please let us know at the reception no later than 20:00 the previous evening.

We also offer the possibility to have breakfast in your room. You will find our breakfast menu in the in-room folder. Please notify the reception desk of your order by 8:00 a.m. Please note that a service charge of 1.000 HUF will be applied for breakfast in the room.

From Miskolctapolca you can take bus number 20 to the centre of Miskolc. You can find the current timetable on the website of MVK Zrt.

Our hotel has a bus parking in front of the building, which can accommodate both small and large buses.

A discounted Cave Baths pass can be purchased at the reception desk of our hotel. For the current prices, please ask at the reception.

On the day of departure, the room is available until 10.00. You can ask about the possibility of extension and the rates at the reception. You can settle your bill on the morning of departure or the evening before to avoid any inconvenience due to waiting.

The Hotel cleans the room once a day between 8:00 and 14:00. If during this time the cleaning staff find a „Do not disturb” sign on the outside door handle of the room, they will not clean the room and the Guest will not be entitled to any reduction or compensation. Please note that, for environmental reasons, only towels placed on the bathroom floor will be changed by the Hotel.

Daily newspapers, weekly and monthly magazines are available at reception. Please return the newspapers after reading them.

Please let us know of any food allergies, dietary requirements or special dietary needs at the time of booking or at reception on arrival. Certain meals can only be provided against payment.

We ask our Guests to respect the general dress code. Appropriate attire is expected in the Hotel’s catering areas and during meals. Please refrain from wearing bathrobes, slippers, shorts and sweatpants in our restaurants.

There are two electric charging stations in the parking lot of our hotel, which can be used for a fee, please ask at the reception for the charging fee. Electric bikes can also be charged at the charger.

The mains voltage is 220 volts – please insert your room card into the card slot next to the door to activate the room’s power supply.

Found objects can be handed in at reception, where they will be registered. Food, food-related articles and medicines will be disposed of by the Hotel. The Hotel will keep the storable items for 3 months. If the rightful owner of the found object presents himself/herself, he/she may take possession of the object upon presentation and signature of a document proving his/her identity and reimbursement of the costs incurred for its safekeeping.

In our hotel, a lift is located next to the stairs to help guests get up to the floors. Please avoid using the lift between 10 pm and 6 am, for the peace of mind of our guests. The lift has a maximum capacity of 800 kg. In case of problems, please use the bell in the lift!

Our hotel has a laundry service. Please place your clothes for washing and ironing in the bag designated for this purpose and notify the reception or hand them over to our maids by 9:00 am!

The optimal room temperature can vary individually and depending on the activity in the room, between 18 and 23 degrees, with the right humidity – making sure that the air is neither too dry nor too humid. A room temperature that is too warm is not ideal for sleeping, and can lead to sweating, restless sleep, and frequent awakenings. The optimal temperature setting for a hotel room is usually 21-22 degrees. It is undoubtedly easier to cool a warm room by opening a window than to slowly warm a cold room. Female guests require a higher temperature in their bedrooms than men.
A prerequisite for a restful sleep is the possibility of darkening the room, the best solution is to completely darken the room with blackout curtains or blinds.

Clean, soft, fresh-smelling bed linen contributes greatly to the guest’s well-being. At the same time, it is important to achieve this with as little and appropriate detergent as possible, thus also taking into account environmental considerations.

It can be purchased at reception with other cosmetic products left at home.

The apartments feature one or two bathrooms for guests’ comfort. One of the rooms contains a bedroom, while the other features a comfortable pull-out seating area suitable for one or two additional guests. • Our largest exclusive apartments are 85 m² and are perfect for accommodating large families. 5 to 6 people can comfortably relax in these three-room, two-story living units. These apartments feature two bathrooms for the guests’ convenience. The en-suite bathroom includes a hydromassage corner bathtub. In the other two rooms, a comfortable pull-out seating area is available for one or two additional guests. Both of the rooms on the western side of the apartment have 10 m² balconies. From here, guests can enjoy a spectacular view of the entire Bükk mountain range. A coffee machine, kettle, and free coffee and tea amenities are provided. According to the amendment of Act XLII of 1999 on the Protection of Non-Smokers, from 1 April 2012 smoking is strictly prohibited in enclosed spaces, in hotel rooms and on room terraces! Smoking is only allowed within 5 metres from the hotel entrance and in designated smoking areas on the restaurant terrace! We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the hotel rooms there is a smoke detector, which will alert the reception in case of smoke. If the smoke alarm is triggered by smoke, we will charge 150 EUR for the room!

You can relax free of charge on the sun loungers around the outdoor pool and in our indoor wellness area. We are not able to arrange bed reservations or rentals. Reservation of sun loungers is only allowed during your stay in the wellness area. Excess loungers will be released by our staff.

Our sauna masters hold sauna ceremonies in our Finnish sauna (with scents of essential oils, citrus, brandy-ice, beer) on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, twice a day.

During each Sauna Ceremony, the sauna master stays inside with the guests in the sauna, gradually heating up the cabin with aromatic infusions on the stove, guaranteeing the acclimatisation of the guests. He tries to provide personalised ventilation, circulating the hot air around the guests with his sauna flag and towel.
In addition, the sauna master tries to answer any questions about sauna use and supervises the sauna area and checks that all guests observe the rules of correct and hygienic sauna use.

Sauna Ceremonies are also different from traditional saunas in that the sauna master is there to chat and joke around in the sauna. The successive programmes are more intense.

The maximum duration of each programme is 12-15 minutes, but anyone who feels they have had enough can leave the sauna. This is followed by a cool-down, then rest and relaxation.

• Our wellness centre covers an area of 600 sqm and offers services such as a 25 sqm adventure pool and a 50 sqm swimming pool, infrared and Finnish saunas, an ice paste machine, a shower, a sunbathing area and a salt chamber, which is ideal for the treatment of respiratory diseases and relaxation.
• The 70 m² outdoor swimming pool is open from early spring to late autumn.
• The use of the shower is mandatory before and after swimming and sauna.
• There is a security camera system in the pool area.
• Children up to the age of 10 may only be in the pool area with a parent or under supervision.
• Our guests may use the pool only at their own risk.
• We do not assume responsibility for valuables left in the locker room and pool area, or for valuables placed on hangers and benches.
• You can request safekeeping at the reception.
• All guests must follow the instructions of the lifeguard.
• You may only enter the pool area with slippers.
• Only bathing in swimsuits is allowed in the pools.
• In the saunas, only bathing on bath towels placed on the bench is allowed.
• Wearing a swimsuit is only allowed for infants and is also mandatory for children.
• The use of soap, shower gel, shampoo and other cleaning products is not permitted in the pool area.
• The use of shower gel, bubble bath or any other foaming agent in the pools is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
• You may only enter the pool in the designated area.
• You may not jump into the pools, run in the pool area or drive in a way that poses a risk of accident. We are not responsible for any accidents resulting from this.
• First aid is provided at the designated location by the swimming master.
• In order to protect the health and physical integrity of the people using the pools and wellness services, the swimming pool is not allowed to be used by infectious patients, patients in a convulsive state, those with open wounds, and drunk people.
• The use of glass drinking glasses and glasses is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
• It is prohibited to store food and drinks in the ice cube tray.
• It is prohibited to use the sauna while intoxicated!
• Participation in sauna sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow the instructions of our Sauna Masters to avoid accidents.
• It is prohibited to bring foreign substances into the saunas! (Eg: honey, salt)
• Massage reservations are made at the reception.
• You can eat in the designated areas of our wellness department, based on our wellness menu and drink list. You can place your order at the reception.
• The use of the pools and wellness can only be done in compliance with the house rules.

Guests under the age of 18 may use the Hotel’s services only with a parent or with written permission of the parent. Accompanying persons are responsible for the safety of the child and any damage caused by the child. No alcohol may be consumed on the premises of the Hotel by persons under 18 years of age. The parent of a person under 18 years of age, or a person of legal capacity authorised by him/her, shall be responsible for the observance/enforcement of this obligation. The parent or person with legal capacity authorised by the parent shall be fully liable for the legal, moral and financial consequences of any breach of this obligation.
